Before you settle in and get comfortable, we kindly ask that you review our specific house rules listed on the "About Us" page. By following these rules, we ensure a safe, enjoyable, and hassle-free experience for all. Please read them carefully to avoid any misunderstandings or deductions from the security deposit during check-out. If anything is unclear, please don't hesitate to ask so we can clarify and prevent any issues.
- Respect our home: Treat the property with the same care and respect as your own home. We've put a lot of effort into creating a comfortable space for all our guests.
- Cleanliness: Please keep the property tidy and clean during your stay. This will make check-out easier for everyone.
- Accidental damage: If any damage occurs accidentally, we will assess the situation and decide if and what costs will be deducted from the security deposit.
- Noise: We hope you have a great time and enjoy your stay! However, we ask that you respect the peaceful atmosphere of the hamlet and consider the rest of the neighbors and surroundings, especially during the night.
- Upon arrival, the bed will be neatly made, and extra blankets, kitchen towels, and bath towels will be provided, as well as biodegradable personal hygiene products (shampoo, shower gel, hand soap) and dishwashing liquid.
- A security deposit of €250 per stay is required, to be paid at the time of booking. The security deposit ensures that you, as a tenant, handle the holiday home responsibly and also serves to offset any additional costs related to energy consumption. The deposit will be refunded to your account after your departure, minus any expenses for damage or loss of furnishings and/or inventory.
- For each stay, a sufficient basic amount of heating and electricity is included. We provide a sufficient amount of pellets based on the season and duration of stay, and 15 kWh/day of electricity. Any excess electricity usage will be charged pro-rata at €0.27/kWh, pellets 7,50€/15kg.
- Final cleaning is included.

Booking and Payments
- The landlord charges the following amounts, depending on the date of contact by the tenant: Following the confirmation of the booking (via email, WhatsApp, or phone), a deposit of 30% of the total rental price, including the security deposit, must be paid within 5 days of confirmation.
- The bank account details will be provided by email.
- The remaining 70% of the total amount must be paid 60 days before arrival.
- The security deposit, after deducting any damages or costs, will be refunded to the same bank account used for the initial payment within 5 days after check-out.
The booking is final upon receipt of the deposit in the bank account of Tous les jours Dimanche!
Cancellation Policy
The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the guest:
- **Cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period**: Free of charge
- **Cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period**: 30% of the rental price
- **Cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period**: 50% of the rental price
- **Cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period**: 75% of the rental price
- **Cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period**: 100% of the rental price
- If the guest informs us on the day of the rental period’s start or during the rental period that they will no longer use the rented property, the guest will still be required to pay the full rental price.
